Quick Start

This walks you through connecting a server and deploying an app from GitHub.

1. Create an account

Sign up at zenavo.app with your email, GitHub or Google.

2. Add a server

You need a Linux server with a public IP address: at least 1 CPU and 2 GB of memory. See Requirements.

  1. In the console, open Servers → New Server.
  2. Enter the server's IP address, SSH port and user (for example root, or ubuntu on most cloud images).
  3. Choose Password or Private key. You can upload the key file (such as ~/.ssh/id_ed25519 or a .pem from your cloud provider) or paste it.
  4. Click Connect and set up. Zenavo checks the server, installs K3s and cert-manager, and shows the progress on the server's Status tab. Setup takes a few minutes.

3. Create a project

  1. Open Projects → New Project.
  2. Pick the server. The project name is optional: leave it blank for a generated name.
  3. Click Create Project. The project opens empty.

4. Add a service

  1. Click Add Service (or press ⌘ K).
  2. Choose GitHub. The first time, click Connect GitHub and pick the repositories Zenavo may read.
  3. Choose a repository, then a branch.
  4. In Configure Build Plan, check the service name and root directory, and add environment variables if your app needs them. Click Next.
  5. Build Plan Preview shows what Zenavo detected, for example Go 1.26. Click Deploy.

The service shows Pending, Building, Deploying, Starting and then Running. Open Logs to watch the build.

5. Give it a domain

Open the service's Networking tab and click Bind My Domain. Point an A record for your domain at the server's IP address; HTTPS is issued automatically once it resolves. See Domains & HTTPS.
