Concepts
Server
A Linux machine you own or rent, connected to Zenavo over SSH. Zenavo installs K3s on it and then manages it through the Kubernetes API. A server belongs to one team and can host many projects.
Project
A group of services that run together on one server and share a private network. Each project has its own Kubernetes namespace, so projects on the same server are isolated from each other.
Service
One app, image or database inside a project. A service has a source (Git, image or database), environment variables, ports, volumes and an optional health check.
Deployment
Rolling a service out to its server: building it from Git or pulling its image (pinned to the digest), then starting it. Deploying one service leaves the others untouched; Deploy all rolls out the whole project. Each deployment is kept, so you can roll back to it later.
Team
Who can see and change servers and projects. Every account has a personal team; create more teams to work with others. See Teams & Roles.
IDs
Zenavo IDs carry a prefix that tells you what they are, such as proj_… for projects, srv_… for servers and job_… for deployments and other jobs.
