Usage & Billing
Your servers run your apps, so Zenavo does not charge for compute. Plans differ in how many servers a workspace can connect, how many build minutes it gets on Zenavo's build machines, and how long monitoring data and logs are kept. See Pricing for the full comparison.
Every workspace (your personal one and each team) has its own plan. Open Usage and Billing in the sidebar.
Usage
The Usage page shows the current plan's allowances and what the workspace used:
- Servers connected, against the plan's limit.
- Build minutes this month. Every Git build counts, including failed and timed-out ones; deploying a prebuilt Docker image or a database uses none. Minutes reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
- Build minutes per day, and a breakdown by project and service, so you can see which repository uses your minutes.
- Members, and for the Team plan, how many paid seats that means.
Pick a month (up to 12 months back) to see past usage. Download CSV exports every metered build of that month.
When build minutes run out, new builds are refused until the next month or an upgrade. Running services keep running, and deploying images still works.
Plans and billing
Owners manage billing; admins can see it. Payments are handled by Stripe: you enter card details on Stripe's page, and Zenavo never sees your card number.

Subscribe
On Billing, choose a plan and continue to Stripe Checkout. The Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial for a workspace's first subscription; no card is needed to start it. Add a payment method before the trial ends to keep Pro, otherwise the workspace returns to Free.
The plan changes once Stripe confirms the subscription, usually within seconds.
Change plan
- Upgrade: the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged right away, and the higher limits apply once the payment succeeds.
- Downgrade: takes effect immediately; the unused time on the old plan is credited to your next invoice.
Team seats
The Team plan includes 3 members. Each additional member adds a $19 seat:
- A member who joins mid-period is charged pro rata on the next invoice.
- A member who leaves keeps their seat paid until the period ends (no refund); the next invoice counts the remaining members.
The Team plan is for teams: create one from the workspace switcher to use it.
Payment methods, billing details and invoices
Payment methods and billing details opens Stripe's billing portal, where you update the card, billing address and tax ID, and download invoice PDFs. Recent invoices are also listed on the Billing page.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the Billing page shows a warning. Update the payment method to keep the plan; if every retry fails, the workspace returns to Free.
Cancel
Cancel subscription keeps the plan until the end of the paid period, then the workspace moves to Free. You can undo it with Keep my subscription until then. Payments already made are not refunded.
On Free, servers above the limit keep running and existing projects keep working, but you cannot connect more servers, and builds are limited to Free's minutes.
